Walmart announces Black Friday deals Begin November 21, iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6 the main stars.

With the holiday shopping season getting ready to kick off in a big way, just like every year, Walmart has decided to get ahead of the pack a bit.
On Wednesday, November 19, Walmart officially announced that its Black Friday deals will actually start a little bit ahead of the actual Black Friday date, and a pair of Apple-branded products are the main stars of the event:
The retail environment is incredibly competitive and we know that our customers are looking to us for the lowest prices and great deals all season long,” said Duncan Mac Naughton, chief merchandising officer, Walmart U.S. “That’s why we’ve more than doubled the amount of items included in our Pre-Black Friday Event. Combined with our Black Friday weekend, there is absolutely no other place to shop this holiday season.
With the announcement, this means that Walmart will kick off these specific deals beginning on Friday, November 21, at 8:00 AM at physical Walmart locations across the United States. As previousl reported in November with the leak of Walmart’s Black Friday deals, the big box retailer will have the 16GB iPhone 6 available for only $179, coupled with a new, two-year agreement from your carrier of choice. On top of that, Walmart will throw in a $75 gift card for good measure.
If you’re looking to go bigger, Walmart will have the 16GB iPad Air 2 available for $489, with a $100 Walmart gift card included. Walmart notes that these deals will stay in effect as long as “supplies last,” but as these things tend to go, there will probably be some stock held back for the actual Black Friday “event” that will take place on week later.
Do you plan on taking advantage of any of these deals?
